Orders placed before 2pm MST typically ship same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm MST will ship next business day.

All order confirmation emails are sent automatically when an order is placed. If you didn't get one, first check your spam folder. We do not alter email addresses, so if you didn't get it, most likely there was a typo when you entered your email in the order form. Let us know and we can get your email address updated and the order confirmation resent.
Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please contact us at email@example.com as quickly as possible. In your email, please provide your order number and the information you would like updated. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to update your address.
This happens on occasion. Sometimes the US postal service accidentally scans and marks a package as "delivered" before it was actually delivered. Don't worry, packages are typically located and delivered 1-3 days later. If you didn't receive your shipment, here's what we suggest to do:
1. Check your mailbox, hidden spots on your porch, by your garage, and with your neighbors. Sometimes USPS delivery drivers do their best to hide packages from plain view or inclement weather.
Note: If you live in an apartment complex, townhome, condo, neighborhood, etc. that has parcel and mail lock boxes; your shipment may have to "wait in line" for the other parcels to be delivered.
2. Stop by your local post office with your tracking number and ask them about the shipment. This is typically the most effective and quickest way to receive your order if its been mis-delivered or overlooked.
3. Fill out a "help" form with the US postal service. This can prompt a search for the shipment.
4. Reach out to us and let us know about the situation. Once we're involved, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get the problem resolved and a replacement initiated. Ideally, we want you to get your gear one way or another!
In the event your order is returned to us for an insufficient or incomplete address, we will refund the order (minus shipping).
In most cases, we're working on restocking items as soon as possible. If you have any questions about a projected restocking date, please reach out to us here.
If an item is in the OUTLET section of our website or if it says "FINAL INVENTORY" in the product description, unfortunately the item will not be restocked.
We do not ship internationally at this time. However, we are working on adding international shipping options as soon as possible!

Due to inventory volatility, our limited crew (we’re a small business), and an effort to expedite return processing, we only accept exchanges for a different size. If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different color, style, etc., please place a new order for the item(s) you are looking for and return your previous item(s) to us within 30 days of the original delivery date and we will process your refund to your original payment method or store credit.
- We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number). Your return label must be post marked within the 30 day window in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Removal of apparel tags, returning/exchanging item(s) outside of our 30 day return/exchange policy, any signs of damage, usage, washing, sweat stains, stretching, body odor, deodorant stains, fragrance, pet hair, etc. will disqualify an item for refund or exchange.
(We’re experts in our gear and we work with it everyday. We know when a hoodie has been through a rinse cycle or when you’ve been cuddled by a husky).
