Order the wrong size? Need a different color? No worries. We are happy to exchange items or issue a refund.
Items in unworn, unwashed, and new condition with original tags attached, (excluding outlet items and stickers) may be returned for an exchange or refund up to 30 days after the package has been delivered (as indicated by the tracking number).
Items purchased from the OUTLET (clearance) section of our website are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

*Ship all returns/exchanges via United States Postal Service (USPS).

2. Include a note with the following information:
- Return or Exchange (If you would like an exchange, please indicate what item and size).
- Your order number, last name, and the email address used to place the order.
3. We recommend hanging on to the tracking number for your return as Conundrum Outfitters will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
*All items returned to our location, other than due to defect or shipping error, customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange. Conundrum Outfitters will ship an exchanged item back to the customer at no additional cost. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included (i.e. “Free Shipping”) will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Conundrum Outfitters deducted from the refund.
*All clearance (outlet), stickers, and sales outside the U.S. are final.
