RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If your new gear doesn’t fit, need a different size, or if your purchase didn't work out, you may initiate an exchange or return here within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.

 

Exchange/Return Eligibility:

-All items must be in unworn, unwashed, and new condition with original tags attached.

- Any signs of damage, usage, washing, sweat stains, stretching, body odor, deodorant stains, fragrance, pet hair, etc. will disqualify an item for refund or exchange. (We’re experts in our gear and we work with it everyday. We know when a hoodie has been through a rinse cycle or when you’ve been cuddled by a husky). 

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number). 

- Please return items in the provided clear bag (and folded nicely) to ensure the life of the product while in transit. 

- Stickers and Outlet (final sale/discounted) items are not eligible for an exchange, return, or refund. 

- All exchanges and returns must go through the Returns Center approval process. Any orders sent back outside of this process will not be acknowledged and they cannot be recovered. 

- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

- We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your return as Conundrum Outfitters will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. 

- We do not refund the original shipping charge.

 

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Due to inventory volatility, our limited crew (we’re a small business), and an effort to expedite return processing, we only accept exchanges for a different size. If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different color, style, etc., please place a new order for the item(s) you are looking for and return your previous item(s) to us within 30 days of the original delivery date and we will process your refund to your original payment method or store credit.

-If you need to exchange multiple items, submit each item individually in the returns/exchanges portal

- We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

 

Received Conundrum Gear as a Gift but need to exchange for a different size?

Gift exchanges are available for items of equal value. Please reach out to our customer service to initiate a gift exchange here.

 

Receive an Incorrect Item?

Sorry about that! Please go through the Returns Portal exchange process, indicate you have received the wrong item and upload a clear photo showing the incorrect item. Incorrect item claims must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number). 

*If you received an incorrect item, the item must be in original, unwashed, and unused condition to be eligible for replacement.

 

Product Issue:

If you received a product that is damaged or defective, please enter your order information in the Returns Portal and initiate an exchange request within 30 days of your order delivery date to start a request for replacement. In the Returns Portal, indicate the item is defective/damaged and include a clear photo showing the damage or defect. 

Your item is only considered defective if:

  • It was RECEIVED with an issue (fraying, tearing, staining, or discoloration, etc)
  • Normal wear and tear will not be considered as defective (Fraying from washing and wearing, scratches, markings, etc).
