Order the wrong size? Need a different color? No worries.
We are happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Just contact us by going to the customer service tab and click "contact us", provide a brief description of your request, and we will reply back with the proper steps to complete the return or exchange.
Be sure to request your return/exchange within 30 days after purchase and in unworn, unwashed, new condition with original tags attached.
All items returned, other than due to defect or shipping error, Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange. Conundrum Outfitters will ship an exchanged item back out to the buyer at no cost to the buyer. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included (i.e. “Free Shipping”) will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Conundrum Outfitters deducted from the refund.
Items, (excluding clearance and stickers) may be returned for an exchange or refund up to 30 days after the item has been delivered (as indicated by the tracking number).
